Working with the Muslim youth (ages 16-35) to build a better tomorrow for the future Ummah.
Initiative by Streatham Masjid to bring Muslim youth of South London together to strengthen the relationship between the next generation of ummah, as well as bettering them as Muslims and encouraging them to take an active role in benefitting their community & masjid.
We assist the group in organising and carrying out a mixture of activities, workshops, gatherings, Q&A sessions & short reminders.
Teach and support with skills around CV writing, employment search, mentorship, work experience, business workshops, including sales, negotiation, leadership & public speaking as well as dawah workshops, Adhan workshops &Janazah workshops.
Team building exercises, games nights, table tennis, pool, board games, wrestling, tug of wars, and of course food!
Some sessions will be open to all ages, highlighted on a case by case basis accordingly.
The Q&A sessions are an open setting. Write your questions anonymously on card (as long as it’s not crudely put, you can ask ANYTHING that you want to know, or want advice on) and put it into the Q&A boxes during the week and hear the response in the next relevant session from a person of knowledge!
