Assalamu Alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu,
We have good news to share, Alhamdulillah.
Although the demolition works in the rear courtyard have created challenges, we have been working hard to find a safe and practical way to reopen SLIC for prayers. Just as we managed during Covid, we are confident that with clear guidance and everyone’s cooperation, we can accommodate the community safely once again.
SLIC will reopen for prayers from Fajr tomorrow morning, InshaAllah.
Salah times will remain as normal according to the calendar and website.
– Capacity for maximum 350 people per Salah (once we reach 350, we will close the doors).
– Bring your own shoe bag to keep shoes with you.
– Covid rules applied: Toilets & Wudhu Areas will remain closed so please arrive with wudhu.
– Rules apply to all daily salahs as well as both jummahs.
– MADRASAH REMAINS ONLINE.
– Brothers hall open only
– courtyard entrance will remain closed
– enter through door at front of side hall (this will be opened by site supervisor at Salah times)
These rules are essential for everyone’s safety. If guidelines are ignored or safety is compromised, we will be forced to close again until December 24th as previously advised.
We kindly ask everyone to follow instructions, cooperate with volunteers, and help us maintain a safe environment.
